2. Bookings and Deposits
To secure a booking, clients may be required to pay a deposit or full payment in advance, depending on the service agreement. All bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
Clients are advised to communicate any changes to their booking promptly to facilitate smooth coordination.
3. Cancellations
Clients may request a cancellation of services before the scheduled date. In the event of a cancellation, refund requests will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
Refunds for cancellations will generally be processed within 7-14 business days. However, certain factors may cause delays, and we appreciate the client’s understanding in such cases.
4. Rescheduling of Services

The client agrees to be available or designate a representative at the service location on the scheduled date.
7. Liability
Scaffolding Malaysia Berhad will not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, road closures, or other external disruptions.
In the event of damage or loss due to our service, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
